I enjoy a joke or two.

Making racist joke, as long yu don't mean what is said, is not racism. It's even the contrary, it's making fun about racism. Some are so caricatural that they can ben only humor.

The best joke about judes I ever heard was told to me by a jude.

I think the actual thing at hand is, I asked a simple related question.

I mean racism + tolerance, equates to discussions and reason, but it seems like discussions and reason are not to be had or for that matter simple questions like I inquired about. Whats is the big deal? Seems like a logical inquisitive question based upon what was described in the original post?

But now the forum buddy system is in full effect chiming in with your nonsense. Amazing that people don't mind stepping up and bashing others here who pose a simple related question but would probably just stand and watch/listen if they heard/saw something in real life. No, I agree. The truth is, people always get pissed off with shit and just keep their mouths closed. It's the way a lot of people function. And true, they should review their beliefs.

In general, in our houses or in sanctuaries we PAY HUGE ATTENTION AND KINDNESS even to our pets of different kind in nature like CAT, DOG, HORSE, COW, BIRDS and so on. They are not human beings but are completely some other kind of living beings.

Here we can tolerate or adjust or do anything for the pets(animals) even though they are not human being.

But we, the people in red or black or white or any other colour haven't pay the same kindness, politeness or tolerate or adjust or share things for the people in colour opposite to us, EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE HUMAN BEINGS LIKE US.

It's according how they are handling it. I am known to and have heard a few jokes here and there. I can take it as I can give it. Thing is I am not mean about it and I know who I can talk to around like that.

If someone is going on and on about how Jews run the media, blacks are ruining society, and white people are rich, fat cats keeping everyone down. I would simply ask: What are you doing to help improve the situation around you besides complaining about it?

In a setting like that I usually keep my mouth shut as to avoid a confrontation. Of course, if it directly involved me I would say something and stand up. Beyond that, if they choose to be ignorant, let them be ignorant.

A joke is one thing. What you are talking about seems to just be malicious ignorance.

If it had escalated into a potentially violent situation, than I would have said something. As much as it disgusts me, I don't think getting up and opposing a bunch of angry drunk racists I had just met earlier that night is the right time or place to interfere. If it can be avoided, that is the route I want to take. I"ll never have to see these people again anyway.
