What song was #1 on the Music Billboard when you were born?

Timmy T - One More Try

Heartbreak Hotel was one of the greatest songs ever! On the date I was born the top song was Oh Pretty Woman by Roy Orbison. Decent song, but it was no Heartbreak Hotel.

Now I don't feel so old so I will post.
The Battle Of New Orleans. Johnny Horton. Lasted 6 weeks.

I wish that I had a cooler song but it is what it is.

1964 - I Get Around - The Beach Boys

I'm okay with that, yet lucky Sam has the best one yet ;)

Torn & Frayed.
I remember this from looking it up..

The day I was born; the #1 song was "War (What Is It Good For?)" by Edwin Starr

The #1 song for the year was "Bridge Over Troubled Water" by Simon and Garfunkel

Edited to add: Evidently; I was born exactly one year too late-The #1 song on September 9,1969 was "Honky Tonk Women"-Rolling Stones.

I just checked, I would have to have waited one year to be born to 'Satisfaction' ;)
