I read Never Let Me Go a couple of months ago. It was fantastic. The movie is currently sitting on my netflix queue with a "short wait" next to the title. haha. Cant wait to see it!
As for me, the last great movie I saw was Breathless, by Jean-Luc Godard. Before that I watched The 400 Blows and Alphaville. I love the French New-Wave.

Rango was WAY better than I thought it'd be. Highly recommended if you have kids or not. It may even be better for adults.
