When cable TV first came to Los Angeles in the 1970s my family got it so we could get better television reception. There was something called the "Z Channel" which showed movies without commercials. Phantom Of The Paradise was one of those movies and I saw it many, many times as a kid and many, many times since then. It has similarities to Rocky Horror Picture Show but I like it better. I'm glad I was able to purchase a great Special Edition Blu-ray from Shout Factory.
