what game are you playing right now?

Has anybody played Metal Gear Solid: The Phantom Pain yet? I haven't yet. It wasn't really on my radar for games to get this year. It's gotten extremely good reviews (not that I really trust them from major game sites) for what that's worth. It's it actually worth the hype or at least good?

I had to pick between MGSV and Mad Max. I picked Mad Max and I fkn love it. My friend got MGSV and he loves it. Says it's such a cool change to the franchise. Both games involve going through dry wastelands in a freeroam environment. I do plan to get MGSV given it's probably the last MGS by Kojima we'll get.

It's definitely worth it, if you like the genre that is. The Story isn't as good as the earlier installments, but the gameplay is the best.

Earthbound/Mother 1 on NES

Almost done!

I put Earthbound in the same category as games like Chrono Trigger for having a lot of subtle features and touches to the game it made it ahead of it's time, and you could tell that the developers put just about everything the technical limitations of the system would let them.

Totally. The one on SNES was great as well. The one on the GBA was amazing. I don't think we got a proper US port for it though.

God of War ascention on ps3 which I never beat, there was one part of the game that neither I nor my cousin could get past. He gave up and traded the game in, I kept it and restarted the game from the beginning to try again

Pokemon shuffle 3ds and mobil, fatal frame 5 trail, puzzle and dragons mobile and 3ds zelda triforce, samurai warriors chronicles 3 3ds, etc.

Was it the "Archimedes Trial" or "Challenge" part? That was goddamned tough to get through.

I think they actually 'patched' it, so you get a 'sliver' of extra health or something after a lot of people couldn't get passed it.

Still on Shovel Knight. I find it funny its on Wii U and stuff. It's an 8bit style game, for crying out loud. Irony? You bet.

It is fun though :)
