What for and how long?

Hello Sexy girl how your Toes doing?
Out of all the devious ******* stuff I did growing up; all the things I luckily never got caught doing.. I had very good luck; but I did get caught driving on a suspended license and I was arrested for that; I had several outstanding warrants for my arrest due to unpaid tickets in other cities; counties etc... so I get processed; finger printed and thrown into a city police departments holding tank (cell) with probably 25 other mopes..

I was in holding tank for about 6 hours and then they moved me to my own cell and I was in their for about 3 hours; but then I got lucky; I was fortunate enough to be seen by the magistrate/judge the same day; I plead guilty; fined me; paid for one other cities tickets; and they released me; none of the other cities or counties wanted me bad enough to come pick me up.. so my total jailtime for my entire life is about 9 hours.. like I said I was very fortunate in not getting caught for all the serious things I used to do.. but I have since then changed my way of life and I don't think I am in any risk of doing any jail time anytime soon.. anybody else care to share their history of jail time??

Boring, huh ? and that's good ! :yesyes:

2nd marijauana possesion. About 3 days because I was on probation for a conviction of, you guessed it, ********* possession. Man was I stupid as a youngster but one positive thing came out of it. I met a man who is most likely the best defense attorney in the world. He got it down to a summary disorderly conduct, $100 fine, $1,000 attorney fee. I would have happily paid 3 times that much for the clean record it got me once the original probation was over.

back when i was 16....riding dirt bike on main road warning 1 lol .....destruction of privet property warning 2....and possession of deadly weapon warning 3 ahhh fun times as youth :)

Weren't we all stupid as **** causing trouble was a joy back in the day

About the worst thing that's happened to me (so far) was when I was 9 and my m-m found out I'd shoplifted 2 Hot Wheels cars from the store. She unleashed the wrath of hell on me, told my *** about it, and took me to the store to tell the manager, in front of all the other employees, what I had done, and to explain to the cop what I had done. After that shoplifting never crossed my mind again.

The worst thing that I got off the hook for was ***** driving without a license. When I was about 15 and I lived in Mexico I went to a party with a few friends. We got extremely *****, and I was designated to be the default driver, as I was voted to be the soberest one of the group. When we were halfway home we got pulled over by a cop, who said that were were looking at a very serious offense and that he would have to impound the car and take us in to the station. We were able to round up the equivalent of about $100 dollars among the 5 of us, and we gave it to the cop. He looked at the money, looked at us, and said, "Drive safely."

Damn you

had to do it in front of all employees

never jailtime..... but when i was young me and friends robbed our high
school's asb room about 10 times, we eventually got caught and only
had to do community service because we wer about 17 or so.

Worst thing ...

Probably the worst thing I could be found guilty of is being intimate with a 17 year old girlfriend just after I turned 18. We were both seniors in high school. She was far more sexually experienced than I, and pressed every time I resisted. Had her parents known, they might have had me prosecuted. Although I bet the DA would have dropped it given the sub-6 month age difference, it still could have happened and been on my record as an implication.

Other than that, my driving record is pretty much spotless. I can remember driving 100mph once and considering it stupid afterwards. No one was around, but still, not worth it. Everything else I've done has been an accident, like running a stop sign covered by a tree or red light I honestly didn't see because all but one was out. I've had every traffic citation dismissed in court because the officer was either wrong about the speed limit, or I showed that where he shot me was within the 400 yards or so I'm allowed to decelerate (still shocks me that most officers don't know you get a quarter mile to decelerate in most jurisdictions -- I guess because they don't get many people who challenge them on it).

I'm pretty much squeaky clean. Even the porn couldn't be used against me, because I've been 100% honest about that. Everyone knows my values. In fact, everyone knows I'm honest to a fault in real life as well those who are around me on-line long enough as well.

Did she happen to work in one of your clients' offices?

Wait, never mind. ;)

The most time I've ever done was 3 days, and even that was a misunderstanding because I didn't appear in court because the notice to appear was sent to the wrong attorney. I once got a ticket for 111 in a 55 but that was no jail time, just money and points. I got into a police chase one time for about 10 minutes then they caught me. Ended up with no jail time for that either and all the tickets were thrown out and I got probation. There is one thing I did that would probably get me about 20 years minimum but only Becks knows about that.

served no jail time but got a nice little misdomeaner endangering the welfare of a ***** for taking pics & uploading them to the internet back in 1999 when my girlfriend (now my wife) was 16 and I was......older.........
It was alot of grief explaining that on a job application before I joined the teamsters.

I was picked up semi-conscious having tried to crawl home from the rugby club, they put me away on an overnighter but no fine, infact no record just a caution since my old man went ballistic when he finally found me there at 4am, I was only 16 but my fake ID said otherwise...

I remember banging on a cell door when I woke up in strange surroundings on a rubber mattress and after 2 or 3 minutes a policeman came along, all I could think of to say was "wheres my shoes"... grounded.

 20 years minimum!?! And this whole time I thought you were just an average law clerk who lived a dull life and used Freeones as a means of recreation.

Just out of curiosity, was it during your 3-day stint that you acquired a taste for the "anal" things in life? :dunno: :D

Well, back then I was a van driver.

LOL Nope, even before that I spouted off about being gay all the time. I watched what I said in there though...

two overnighters, both a long time ago, one for unlawful assembly and the other for being D&D

I got into a police chase one time for about 10 minutes then they caught me.

:1orglaugh How in the HELL did this come to pass? :1orglaugh
Details, man, details!

Well I was 20 at the time and working in Edison (central Jersey) and was commuting home after a long shift that ended at 11 PM. I was on North US 1 & 9, a fairly busy highway with 3 lanes in either direction and sporadic traffic lights. The traffic was light at that hour and I was driving about 85 in a 45. I saw the cop hiding way too late, and due to my speed, my first instinct was to run. I went with it. It was not the first time I had run from the cops. I took the first exit which was right after the cop, and planned to duck under the highway at the end of the ramp, and scoot around into the entrance ramp southbound. If I had done that, I might have gotten away. Unfortunately the southbound ramp was closed for construction. So I had to hit the city streets of Rahway, which I really didn't know well. During the chase, I went the wrong way down two one-way streets, blew about a dozen stop signs and a red light. Of course failed to use any directionals. Eventually I hit a patch of gravel on a real shitty street and crashed. They busted out the window of the car and dragged me out the window, guns drawn. I got thrown on the ground, cuffed and arrested. I totally don't blame the officers for doing that at all. They didn't know who the fuck I was. I was in jail for a few hours and was released on recognizance when my parents picked me up around 3 AM. The worst part was that my car was in the shop and I had been driving my ******'s car that night.

So I was charged with eluding in Union County Court. The cops who had chased me felt sorry for me since I was so young, and they negated the almost $5000 worth of tickets they had written. As I mentioned before, eventually I was given probation (more specifically pre-trial intervention) since it was my first felony charge. I completed that and it was expunged from my record.

When I was 17 I got nabbed multiple times for painting graffiti on rooftops, bridge underpasses and freight trains. My ****** knows a circuit judge in Cook Co. so after a little negotiation per my lawyer, I ended up with misdemeanors and probation.

When I did my rave parties in Chicago 90-94, there were many, many times I had sheets of acid and boxes of Ecstasy hidden in the PA sound speakers in the trucks. I also brokered medical NO2 tanks in the tri-state area. Thank GOD I never got caught for any of that ****.

People change [for the better].
