I'm seriously asking...since there is no way to know when and where that rally took place. Did they have the necessary permits to do what they did? I'm gonna take a gamble here and say that they had their shit in order, since, according to your list, there was no police intervention needed...which then goes to actually hurt the statement that you are trying to make with your list...hold on to your hat here...shocking, I know...if you start a riot, police in riot gear will come out and take care of the situation. Amazing I know.

It gets even better. Because a corporation is a natural person it has all the rights we have, including free speech. The supreme court has ruled that lobbying is a form of free speech making it legal to buy politicians.

Instead I'll point out that if the Tea party has genuinely not been appregended for breaking any laws, then it probably shows that the police are, as ever, sympathetic to the right-wing agenda.
