What do you do for a headache?

What do I do for a headache?

Depends on what kind of a headache I have. Of the many - they mostly boil down to:

1. Tension - drink non-alcoholic fluids. Yogurt/Buttermilk (home made, very sour). Go for a walk/drive. Read a book. When the kids were around, I'd coax them into playing a board game.
2. Sinus - steam inhalation with oil of eucalyptus. Anti-histamines.
3. Hangover - plenty of fluids BEFORE I go to bed the night. If not, a greasy breakfast with plenty of "salty fluids" (e.g. Orange juice). Avoid caffeine and nicotine.
