I had a banana and some greek goat milk yogurt with blueberries.

I just put a pork shoulder in the crock pot and am headed out for the day on the boat. When I get home I'll have a house that smells like heaven and a dinner of pulled pork on flour tortillas that I spread a little hoisin sauce on, sliced red onion and cilantro. If you ever wanna make something so ridiculously good all for about $15 get a small pork shoulder, here they call it the "picnic" and follow that recipe. It is just insanely good.

The best part of it is you really can't fuck it up. Slow and low. The fat keeps all of the moisture in but when you pull it apart it's all tender meat. You can identify it as shoulder, butt, or picnic. Shoulder and butt are exactly the same. Funny thing is that butt doesn't come from the back end, it comes from the front shoulders. Ham comes from the back end. The picnic comes from the lower end of the shoulder and is darker and stronger flavor than the higher portion. For lack of butchers by me, I get mine at the supermarket. Anywhere from $.89 - $1.29 lb. These are for the whole sizes but halves are also sold for a dime or 2 more per lb and still weigh 4-6 lbs. I always buy bone in. Considering what you pay for a pulled pork sammich, doing it yourself will pay for it's self times over. Don't worry about the volume you'll get from this. Pulled pork freezes very well.

Woke up at 3:30 and read for an hour realizing I was starving. Got up and grilled a pork chop and topped it with a fried egg. Washed it down with a Monster lol Breakfast of Champions! But seriously...that was a GREAT breakfast!
