What counts as a "FREE" one?

I am asking this because just recently I ran across some sites (from links I got here) that prevent us from saving the pics after we enlarge them. I find this irritating, but technically you DO get to see the girl's pic for for free, so I suppose it is OK to list it that way. The newest Eve Angel shots are like this. It goes to her site and after you enlarge each one the context menu gets overridden so that "save file as..." is no longer an option.

I suggest that the links page add a new symbol for this. The symbol would represent pics that can be viewed but NOT saved. It think that would be helpful for many of us because it is a rare exception to the normal way pics are presented.

Has this been discussed before? I am a bit new (just amonth or so).

"Freeones" refers to the fact that the sample galleries posted under a girl's name are available to be seen free of charge. It doesn't refer to how you decide to fill your hard drive with downloaded internet porn.

...

That's already clear. AND that's not the question I posed. I was asking if it would be helpful to let folks know about the inability to download. We DO have ratings on whether or not people have liked the pics, so it is NOT simply that the pics are free. There also indicators as to what type of video is available. Freeones wants to give a little more info than just being free.

Can you post a link to an example gallery please. I have not come across this as a problem, and it may just be that I access the pictures in a different way.

It's not a common way that sites make sample galleries, but some make them so you can't right click and save the image. Some also make it so only a select few pictures in the 12-15 images will expand into a bigger image. (I can't think of anyone that does this off the top of my head right now)

Kind of like how you can't download streaming videos in some video galleries.

Unfortunately, this is what some sites are having to resort to in order to survive against those that want to steal their content and put it all over the internet.
