It’s time I start taking a bit more time to give someone a chance. Although I meet people easily, I don’t meet a lot of people I feel a good connection/chemistry with. I can honestly say in my years of dating, there were only 2 people I’ve ever really wanted to be with or make an effort for. All the guys I’ve dated have always been really nice, good, successful men but none I felt a real connection with. Only 2. It’s time I start dating a bit more – I don’t want to end up old(er) and lonely. And I think I’m past the stage in life where I’ll put with up crap, I know what I want out of a relationship – if we’re not on the same page and they want something else, then it’s just not gonna work. I’m not about to compromise anymore. I know I’m capable of finding someone – even if it takes a little while.
It sounds so, well, honest. I freely admit and I would write this in capital letters – it is somewhat heartening, if it's true, to hear a woman like this describe her love life this way. They do say that beautiful desirable woman like this often are single, so perhaps this is the real thing. Oh well. That even gives a guy like me a little more hope
