Good morning AndreandMal! Hmmm lets see I do my best to get in 5 days of 45min of cardio...usually the bike or stairmaster and then I lift weights 3-4 days a week as well....the weights really do the trick!

Can I assume you two hit the gym as well?

ohhh pornluvr! I think I may have just the pic for you! Believe it or not I head up to the local strip club 3-4 times a month to get my freak on :nanner: Micheal was blown away the first time I went LOL! He was out of town on business and I drove up all by my lonesome to give amateur night a try...I called him at around 2:30am...he just about freaked....you know...usually a call that late is something tragic...I was like...its OK baby...nothin is wrong....guess where I am?....At the strip club and I won amateur night!
