totally addicted to porn - HOW DO I STOP!!

Ok, couple of things; First off, if you are...shall we say, "finishing" at about 1 o'clock in the afternoon and you're drained for the rest of the day, that sounds to me like fatigue (and perhaps mild depression) more than porn addiction.
Secondly, you did not tell us whether you are single, married, whathaveyou. I will assume you are single. Had you said to us, "my wife/girlfriend loves me, and her sex drive is strong, but I would rather go watch internet porn" then I would say you have a problem.
It sounds to me like you're basically taking a "break at work" (so to speak) and not coming back to work. Since you are your own boss, you can do this without repercussion. The being tired part actually would concern me more than a daily porn trip from the keyboard; I mean yeah you may need a few mins to cool off after a session, but the rest of the day??
Start checking things like your diet/excercise program, and how active you are outside of work, before you start calling any shrinks. :2 cents:

It's mind over matter but i know it's easier said then done. I have a gf and the same problem but i'm don't get exhausted like you....i can go 3-4 more rounds after my first load.

there was some talk about robots that will fuck us(humans) , maybe if you were getting nailed constantly you would be to busy to look at jpegs; that is what i hope for............
I for one can say having a girlfriend doesnt eliminate ur urge to jack off. The problem with porn is that it gives me images of such hotter women than my gf so i keep watching porn and jacking off. Most the the time though I jack off simply because I'm bored.
For the guy who say he is addicted to porn, I think your simplest solution is not to work from home get an outside job where u interact with ppl. then u cant jack off and ur masturbation will decrease dramatically. Now if you start working outside your home and still jack off at work, then you have a serious problem.

Find you some you can love with all your heart and you'll have no room for porn.
Do you think that maybe part of the problem is working from home? You're in a comfortable place where you regularly blow a load in relative safety - might it help if you had a set workplace ie. an office or a library where you're a) less likely to get distracted by porn and b) out of your comfort zone.
