I certainly hope so too! I can't go without my weekly fix of Angelina for long.

Hope she re-signs with tna as quick as possible and steers well clear of wwe.

I'd **** to see the "E's" toned down version of Angelina's character =
No revealing slutty outfits,
No ass-shakin' ring entrances over the middle rope.
Plus the fact that divas only get a paltry amount airtime each week, compared to the Knockouts.
 
When I first saw the headline that Love was released I was truely shocked, but seeing it was outside of TNAs control the shock went. Kind of surprising that TNA didn't have anything sorted out about the work visa though.

(Hi btw, long time TNA fan, since the pre-impact days back in the asylum, first TNA I watched was the first anniversary, loved it since then.)
 
Update: Angelina Love Could Face a 10 Year Ban From The U.S.

PWInsider.com is reporting that according to a source close to the situation, recently released TNA star Angelina Love had been working for the company without a visa.

Love is a Canadian citizen, and it's being said that following her release from WWE back in 2007, she failed to obtain a new work visa when she signed with TNA. When a foreign citizen obtains a work visa, and is then fired from or leaves the company he or she is working for, that person must obtain a NEW work visa if and when he or she starts working for a new company in The U.S.

Legally, Angelina Love could face a stiff punishment, and it could be a ban from The United States for up to 10 years. Love did not have her visa issues taken care of prior to signing with TNA, and that puts both her and TNA in danger of punishment. Punishment to TNA for hiring an ******* ***** without proper paper work, and Love for signing a contract with a company in the U.S. without applying for a work visa first.

So, since 2007 she has been working "illegally" and they are just now finding out?
I call shenanigans, someone had to say something.

I hope this is resolved soon and Angelina is back in TNA.
 
Love's Possible Replacement In The Beautiful People

With the departure of Angelina Love from TNA, talk is going around that indy valet Trina Michaels may get her chance in the company and form a new version of "The Beautiful People." At the invitation of company personnel, Michaels attended a recent iMPACT! taping and sat in the front row. As of late, her MySpace page has become very "TNA friendly." It is also well known that Mick Foley and Hernandez are close friends with her.

This wouldn't work. She is relatively new to wrestling and the only acceptable long term member would be Angelina.
 
Angelina Love Comments On Her Release From TNA

As many of you have heard, I have unfortunatley been released from TNA. Working with TNA was an amazing experience. While on my journey I got to work with amazing people. I am going to miss each of them. It was a pleasure working in the best women's wrestling division today. But, most importantly I want to thank you, the fans for supporting me. You all are awesome! This debacle is close, if not the last straw for me.
I hope they can bring her back and soon.

A bastardized version of the Beautiful People isn't going to work for me.
Hire Angelina back or change the name.

I certainly hope Angelina comes back, but until this happens, i have no clue what TNA could do.

Trina is not a bad choice, but i doubt she is a as good a worker as Angelina. Still, she would be a fitting member of the group.
 
Angelina Love Rep Responds To Release Rumors, Talks TNA Future.

Michael Klyzub, the agent for Angelina Love (Lauren “Angel” Williams), attributes the entirety of her TNA departure to a miscommunication over her visa.

“This separation was purely based on a miscommunication of Angel Williams present Visa Status. This in no way has anything to do with Contract Disputes or trouble with the office as has been reported,” wrote Klyzub in a MySpace Blog.

He noted that Williams will be welcomed back to TNA “with open arms” when the visa issue is resolved.

Major iMPACT! Problem Last Week

Many people have stated that their DVR did not record iMPACT! last week, due to the listing being changed to "TNA Wrestling".

The title change, as well as lack of DVR info may be a cause of the TNA iMPACT! ratings drop.

Angelina Love Ticked Off + Hot Butt News & Notes

-- It would appear that Angelina Love is upset over online reports concerning the nature of her sudden departure from TNA Wrestling. She wrote the following "status update" on her MySpace account: "I dare a "reporter" to have the correct info! unbelieveable!"

-- Former TNA production manager Randy Ricci has posted a blog looking at Angelina Love's sudden departure from TNA. Elsewhere in the blog, he makes his feelings known about Love by saying she has "the best butt in the history of pro wrestling." He then recalls a story of TNA president Dixie Carter privately saying "she needs to cover that up" during one of her first appearances in the company. "I have an "estranged" wife and 3 *********. I know very well about "female competition," Ricci wrote. "Dixie was totally intimidated by Angelina’s "derrier" and just about threw a fit and said "she’s o.k. but, she needs to cover that up". RIDICULOUS!!!!"

Kennedy, Umaga & Others Free To Join TNA

Ken Anderson's non-compete clause with World Wrestling Entertainment expired today, thus meaning he is free to negotiate with any wrestling company.

"Something about midnight tonight...can't quite put my finger on it." Anderson wrote yesterday on his Twitter account.

Likewise, Eddie Fatu's (professionally known as "Umaga" in WWE) non-compete clause with WWE expired this past week as well. Fatu was released from his WWE contract on June 8, 2009 after ********* the company's **** testing policy a second time and his subsequent refusal to enter a rehabilitation center.

One TNA source said Lauren "Angel" Willlams' (professionally known as "Angelina Love") contract was about to expire and there was internal fear because she had not signed a new deal that she would attempt to negotiate with her former employer, World Wrestling Entertainment. With that being said, WWE sources believe she will be backstage at this Monday's Raw taping when it emanates in her native Toronto. However, she won't be there looking for work, but rather, just to be there.

TNA hastily terminated her contract.

The Observer also noted that TNA never applied for a working visa for Williams.

Regarding Williams being subject to possible deportation, ****** from entering the United States for ten years, and having to pay back any money she garnered...it is unlikely to occur.

Kip James is now working as road agent for TNA. With that being said, his days as a television character are not quite over yet as the company has been using him much more frequently in recent weeks under a "handyman" gimmick.
