I thought it was fun. But, i did not watch much of it cause i was flipping between that and Supernatural. I saw more of the 2nd half and by that time they had the regular guys doing the comm.

I can agree w/ that.
They have to make the mafia seem very strong so that they can establish stars of the wrestlers who eventually come out on top of them. The casual fan knows hardly any of TNA's stars outside of the MEM, Dudleys, Rhino, Jarrett and Foley.
So they build the MEM then when Styles, Daniels and Machine Guns eventually come out on top against them then they are made to look very strong.

I'd like to see either Bubba Ray or Devon win the belt.
Sting and Angle can disqualify each other some how.
It would be a nice change of pace.
Then either Bubba Ray or Devon can win the X-Division title.
I like Sheik Abdul Bashir with the belt.

"In A "Loser-Leaves-TNA" match during tonight's Impact tapings, Petey Williams lost, and is thus leaving the company. While the match was a storyline, Williams is actually being released from the company. I guess he was too much of a wrestler and not enough of an entertainer. Shame on him for being a good wrestler on a wrestling show.
In related news, Lance Hoyt/Rock is also being released. He didn't play the guitar well enough (I made that last part up).
More releases are expected, and we will update you as soon as we know anything."
