Including that had she been elected she had pledged to continuing to enforce and expand the sanctions the Obama admin had implemented against him in the wake of the annexation of Crimea.
Sanctions the Trump administration, on the other hand, was open to moderating, as evidenced by Mr. Flynn's conversations with ambassador Kislyak.
Trump was so soft on those sanctions his very own Republican dominated congress eventually restricted his veto power over their ongoing implementation.

I know either one of us could post any number of links to timelines detailing exactly how and via what series of events Putin's hatred for Clinton developed...going all the way back to 2012.
But being as he appears to be uneducable anyway, why bother? He seems to prefer a state of ignorance :dunno:
