Re: Tila Tequila Choked Up-Literally!
It might be better to say they didn't find enough evidence to go forward with the case. While technically accurate, when I hear the word "exonerate" it makes me think of being proved innocent.
Forget technicalities. The DA listening to both sides & the WITNESSES stories felt like the accusation was BS & would be a waste of taxpayers money.
That's as good or better than getting indicted, going to trial & then getting exonerated.
Losers(perhaps you) would still go online with the 'Well OJ was found innocent' BS when you wished to pile on/defame Merrimen as a woman beater(like some already have without evidence) & show a lack of respect for the judicial process.
Michael Jackson was totally exonerated in a court of law ,but many still go on(anonymous online especially) defaming the man. So what good is an indictment & embarassing trial even if that person's fully exonerated only to still get defamed:dunno:
Many people truly believe an arrest & indictment is 'proof' of some type of guilt. Even though most DA's will tell you it is extremely easy to get an indictment on someone.
People believe what they choose & obviously many have little respect for the judicial process/Law UNLESS the verdict is in line with how they personally feel about a case in which they know less than a jury.
Merrimen was neither charged, indicted nor convicted of anything so he's fucking INNOCENT. Only those with a bias & lack of respect for the judicial process would think/suggest otherwise.
