Bond Set for Man Who Allegedly Threatened Jews

MIAMI (AP) -- Bond has been set at $210,000 for a man who allegedly yelled ''I want to **** all the Jews'' on a Detroit-bound plane at Miami International Airport.

If 43-year-old Mansor Mohammad Asad, of Toledo, Ohio, posts the bond, his attorney Frank J. Gaviria says Asad would be required to be under house arrest.

Police say Asad was arrested Wednesday night on a disorderly conduct charge after a taxiing Northwest Airlines flight returned to a gate. Authorities say the incident doesn't appear terrorism-related.

Gaviria says he plans to ask the trial judge for a bond reduction. He says that Asad is not a flight risk and that the amount is excessive. The attorney says the incident was a misunderstanding.

I don't know how to otherwise interpret this man ?
Just chalk it up as a Tourettes tick and call it good I guess. :confused:

Luckily for the passengers, this flight never got off of the ground because it wouldn't have been a welcoming sight to see a pair of F - 15s outside the portside window ...... :eek:

It is pretty hard to spin a statement like that.

No it isn't!

Let's try this [think of Mid East accent while reading]:

Well, someone asked me if I wanted some juice and I clearly stated I **** all juice! I'd **** all juice if I could! I am sorry if my accent sounded like I said Jews. As you can clearly see I say Jews, I say juice, it sounds the same.

Kind of like when I said I love HAMAS, I was clearly stating I love hummus.

Seriously now, come on "dude", get with the program.

:hatsoff:

~~~
However, yeah, this guy should be investigated and if found a thread taken care of. Look into people he knows too and organizations or groups he attends.
If deemed not a thread keep him under a close watch.
The world is full of idiots, I wouldn't be surprised if thry find some shady connections to him.
The only misunderstanding is how the other passengers let him leave the plane still breathing...Fucking up my flight alone is worth ******* the cocksucker into expiration.
How much did Mel Gibson donate?
Hilarious as usual G/C...
:D The only problem is that the beverages aren't served when the ship is in taxi. :P
Funny as hell though :glugglug:
Lawyers are Fucking spin doctors!!! I'd say Asad's intentions were pretty clear.... Lock the fucker up and throw away the key!!:2 cents:
so...why was he arrested?
I assume some or one jew pissed him off at the airport.
I dont know the exact situation, but having worked in a jewish area I can imagine.
Sorry folks but in the real world many jewish folks can really push your buttons.
Many are mean, nasty ,pushy, intense, demeaning and condiscending.
back to the "crime".
"i WANT to **** all jews!"
Is that actually a crme?
NO, it isnt.
A difference between a statement and a threat are the words "want" and "will/am going to".
i dont think you need examples.
Interesting case. Political correctness (cant insult the jews you know) combined with paranoia given the recent focus on airport security.
And when do we get? A man locked up for saying words.
i like peach juice.
I hope that this bastard rots in hell and gets ****** in jail.
why georges?
because he said words?
once we start locking people up for saying words then i'd say freedom is pretty much in the gutter.
i want to rob a bank.
i want to smack mikey moore in his fat face.
i want to **** on the sidewalk.
the things i mentioned are crimes, but i didnt do them or even say i intend to do them.
cant start locking people up for words, especially when no threat is involved.
if so, then you should be arrested for the post you just made.
I consider the guy to be a suspicious and a possible threat, better be safe than sorry. You should know that the djihadists are the ones that will not hesitate to **** people who are not meeting their beliefs or demands. We don't know if he was financed by terrorists or if he is a friend of terrorists or is aspiring to be a terrorist. But in every case, he represents a risk for the safety of other people and a possibility to commit a grave act.
yeah i agree, surely dont let him board a plane after yelling that.
maybe investigate him, put him on a no fly list if he has any history or connections.
but put him in prison?
and with a very high bond?
for words?
no fuckin way.
I wonder who the judge was and if he/she has any personal biased in this case towards the particular words he used.
(aka jewish judge).
