''There must be some misunderstanding''

back to the "crime".
"i WANT to **** all jews!"
Is that actually a crme?
.

Perfect, you ignorant slut. The context of what he said may be protected but shouting something like that on an airplane is akin to shouting "Bomb!" on said airplane or airport or "fire!" in a crowded theater. The charge could very well be inciting a riot or terrorist threats. Doesn't matter if he was specific in his threat, just that it was made in that time aboard a vulnerable target.

The bond does seem excessive but you have to make examples of ass hats every once in a while. He's probably going to hire the same lawyers that represent the flying imams. If you recall these clowns made a show of praying loudly aboard a Northwest flight, replete with prayer rugs and when people complained that it was making them nervous and they were removed, they sued the airline, the attendants, the flight crew, and the witnesses. In my opinion they were testing the waters to see how security would react for future operations. And maybe its the same case with this camel blower.

If there was an air marshal aboard I think that guy would have probably been tasered so much his nuts would have dropped off.
