ive wanted a new cell phone for a while now, but after reading this article, no way!!!!
Things like this are some of the reasons I never wanted to get and will probably never have a cell phone or a vehicle with On Star or anything like that. Even if they don't do it now, and they keep it legal, the government WILL someday abuse that power and you need to protect yourself against that. It isn't a matter of if but when it happens, it always is. Which is why you need to be careful of how much power you give them and how much you trust them. In my case I don't trust the government at all where my liberties are concerned or much else for that matter.
