We all remember D.J. Trump saying, "Nobody knew Health Care is so complicated...", when, of course, EVERYBODY in Washington knows it is complicated, it was just him learning that morning about the details. That is his life, he talks about EVERYTHING like he knows all about it, he literally says this about everything, and him talking about something rather simple as wind energy, it is kind of sad to see a man so dumb in the most powerful job of the world
