What the Hillary campaign did is very dsifferent from what Trump campaign did : Hillary campaign obtained info that the russian, had but they did not obtained them directly from the russians.
The Trump campaign had a meeting with russians, which the Hillary campaign never had.
What is very revealing is that, almost a year after an election that they won, Republicans are so desperate to create diversions for the medias to talk as little as possible at what Trump is doing in the White House and what they are doing in congress that they push stories about conservative's favorite boogeyman : Hillary
This is why, Trump never named " aspecial prosecutor to look into [Hillary's] situation : he needs her to be the scarecrow, he and his GOP buddies need to be able to create false scandals about Hillary, just to distract the medias from looking to what they do.
