Apparently Gov Kemp didn't want anyone to see him signing the bill. Not content with just passing the bill, 'they' needed to arrest a Democratic state legislator who was knocking on the door.
 
I keep saying we need to go back to the original Constitution before all those pesky amendments. Only White property owning men can vote. And take the Senate away from the public as well. Back to state Legislators. We all know how smart and professional they are.
