The problem with US politics. Democrats may not be perfect, but they've at least been trying to govern for the average American. republicans have not shown any interest in doing anything that helps the working class in America. If it's not another tax handout to the 1%, they oppose it with everything they've got.
They've become a political party completely devoid of policy, integrity, honesty, decency, or any kind of coherent thought. They exist only to maintain their own power, which they use to keep anybody else from governing in a way that's beneficial to the country. They are liars, hypocrites, and cheats, and the damage that they've done to the US over the last decade will likely take generations to undo.

172 republicans opposed reauthorizing the ******** against women act. There isn't a single thing they won't take the wrong side of.
They don't like provision that makes it ******* for anyone convicted of stalking or ***** from owning a firearm. You should be able to beat and stalk women and still own guns!
They are also against protections for transgender people that were included in the bill because why should they have human rights?

Which god? I thought Republicans were against theocracies. Somewhere I thought I heard them complaining about Sharia Law.
