Personally, I find it to be a nice ending to a hot scene. And it conveys to the viewer, especially if it's one of those 'powerful' ones, that the participants greatly enjoyed themselves for our viewing pleasure. Sometimes, they can be disappointing though. But for the ones that are abundant, I have to say I enjoy those quite a bit.

For instance, Rocco Siffredi's cumshot in Jenna Loves Rocco with Jenna Jameson is pretty awesome.
