That was quite a read. I am somewhat familiar of the basic rules of the game, as I dabbled into it in the Eighties, prefering it over witchcraft ^^
Even joined a team where some friends played in amateur league for practice, but just did not catch the spirit. I am a soccer guy.
But the concept and the spirit of Baseball is really a beautiful thing.
