The only one who seems to tick the boxes is Janine Lindemulder. She's AVN and XRCO Hall of Fame, she retired in 99 came back in 04, and was in Blink 182's "What's My Age Again?" However, I doubt it's her, as her breasts don't look like a match and that music video screenshot isn't What's My Age Again. Also no clue about the awards show. Best guess I've got right now, though.
