Kinda telling that the most feared & respected French Military unit in the world is comprised of non-French soldiers.

There was some decades of time where they were beaten by superior forces sure, but one would also have to discount literally hundreds of years of history where they were one of the most powerful nations on the planet, and also the time they had an empire that covered most of Europe.

Around 8% of all legionnaires are Francophones

I've always wondered how that worked logistically. How much of their training is spent on learning French? You would need to be fluent when accurate communication could mean the difference between life & death.

Let's not forget, this is with Joe having the Federal government trifecta. If the midterms go as bad as his first year in office, he might lose that, so if he thought things are bad now, they're gonna get a lot worse.
