It's not really a bad thing for her if she gains more fans by doing it. I would **** for it to backfire on her, and she ends up losing fans. I think the nose job looks great. It's just...I guess I'm not sold on the boob job. They don't look natural to me and she could use a little more meat on her bones. That is just my opinion though.
