tea, because even if you drink 10 cups one after other it still taste the same. coffee is too heavy for that. it's good drinking a cup when you wake up, even better than tea but being a heavy drinker (i drink more than i eat like x10 times, including alcohol) i voted for the thing i can drink all the time.
I still appreciate those old joints where you just ask for A Coffee and they bring you back a coffee.

It's practically the family drink. Every night a few hours before bed my mother always has a cup of tea. It's a tradition that got passed on from her parents, and it's how I grew to love the stuff. The rest of the family hates it though.
I only really drink coffee when I need the caffeine, i.e. work. But even there 8 times out of 10 I go for tea.
