It's a cheat on Chicken Cordon Bleu. I got these really large thick chicken breast. Instead of pounding them out and rolling them out, I cut 2 pockets parallel into the breasts. Packed each side with a mix of chopped up hard salami and provolone.

Thai Food from Emporium Thai on Westwood Bl. We got Beef Red Curry, Chicken Southern Thai Yellow Curry, Shrimp Pad Thai Noodles, and some Crispy Pork with Green Beans and Carrots.

Pork chop. Cut the bone off for my future black bean crocking. Grilling it on the indoor. Sautéing mushrooms and onions. Rice will be a cheat. I like those ramen noodle packets but they are way too salty so I only use half the pack of seasoning. I save them for future cooking to flavor my rice cooking. Cut up some chives that I grow to add a little zing to the rice. Making this as I'm watching the football games. My place shells terrific. I may invent a candle or incense to sell that aroma.

Last night I had Breakfast for Dinner making a 4 Egg Omelette with Farmer John Ham and 4 Kraft American Cheese Singles. I made four pieces of Oroweat 7 Grain Wheat Toast and turned the whole thing into 2 Breakfast For Dinner Sandwiches. Washed it all down with an ice cold can of Coke Zero.

I'm cooking a chicken breat w/ Mccormick Lemon & Pepper seasoning. And, having leftover long grain wild rice and broccoli in cheese sauce. With a glass of chardonnay - beered out from watching the Championship (blowout) games on Sunday.

Breakfast for dinner can never go wrong.

That hunk of salted cod from Christmas is still in the freezer and something needed to be done. Cut a 1lb slab and did all of that soaking bullshit. Found a simple recipe. Cut it into chunks with some potatoes and boiled them. Mashed them up with spices, minced onion and some egg. Formed some cakes and fried them. I'm waiting for my doctor to call back regarding my 4 hour erection.

Wow, I haven't heard anyone speak of salted Cod, since my family passed. The Italians call it Buchalla, and I can still remember that smell hitting my nose as we entered the import store, when I was a little kid.

Wow, just wow! Great Suppertime tonight. We went to a place in Culver City on Overland Ave named Tub's Chili. You know what we got there? Chili! I got an extra large of their phenomenal Steak Town Chili. I got it "fully loaded" which means it was topped with cheese, onions, cilantro, tomatoes, corn chips, jalapeños, cucumbers, oyster crackers, and sour cream with everything spilling over in this great cornbread bowl. They even had Habanero Oil to kick up the heat. Tub's Chili is definitely in my Sure Is Good Hall Of Fame. Any of you Angelenos out there want a truly special bowl of chili make your way down there and get one!

Dino get's an f-you. My choices of chili are Wendy's and a can.

White devil, It was just the simple crush plumb, paste, sauce, and ground beef. Sauces were from cans and spices from dried shaky. Nothing fancy. Just something to make the house smell nice and keep me off the streets. If you've got a sauce please share. That will give me another day off the streets. All will benefit.

The matzo balls have finally been corrected. A walk to Morty's, where I got my matzo meal, sold me some of their schmaltz. The dude was slicing up some lox that they just finished smoking and corned beef for yesterday's menu. I plunked dollars. Got some of their roast beef also. Mind you that this is a restaurant and not a deli. It's like backdooring shit for my Jewish meth lab.

Absolutely.

Last night I had gruel. Which is what the wife and I call browned ground meat, with mushrooms, cream of mushroom soup for gravy, poured over mashed potatoes. Quick, easy, and pretty good.

I originally found Tub's Chili when KFI was doing a radio remote there. Sounded so great that I turned the truck around from Westwood Village and went straight down to Culver City.

They also were on an episode of Food Network's Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives. You can watch the episode on the Buzz section of Tub's Chili's website.

Was King of the Board for a Day
I went Greek tonight; marinated chicken in yogurt and spices, baked it and sliced it thin and made some tzatziki. I didn't feel like making pita or going out to the store to buy it, so I used a couple slices of homemade wheat bread and made a sandwich instead of a gyro. I've also got a potato cake cooking in a cast iron skillet on the stove for second dinner or breakfast tomorrow.
