Suppertime! Suppertime! Hey Fellas, What'd You Have For Supper Tonight?

I can get over the cash, especially if you make a few and freeze them, what really hurts is how time consuming a process it can be.

Just make the sauce and freeze it. Then use oven ready lasagne pasta when you are ready for it and fresh cheese. All of 10 minutes to prepare.

Breaded and fried pork chops made by my mother-in-law. Goody goody good! Filipinos sure eat a lotta-lotta pork.

Love me some pork for sure. I had that Big King Burger tonight with onion rings and a large diet cola. It wasn't as sloppy as the one in the review you posted. A little more expensive than I thought it would be but worth every penny IMO.

You liked it, huh? Good enough for me. I gotta pick me up one now too with those Onion Rings you mentioned because Burger King makes good ones. Also as recommended I'll get a Diet Coke to be calorie conscious.

I do make sauce and freeze it, but I make a thick meat sauce for pasta. I have made thinner meatless sauce, but that's part of the labor, and using oven ready noodles is just not an option....my mother is watching me from heaven.

Had one of those (Bacon King) last night and included the onion rings too. Verrrrrrrrry niiiiiiice! Thanks for the recommendation.

Tonight we went to this Turkish place on Westwood Bl that we recently discovered and really like. I had a tasty lamb kebab. Goody-goody-goos!

Huge chicken legs and small potatoes on sale this week. Season and roast them together. I got one of those square copper pans and trying out what they claim.

Tomorrow I'm making Braciole, pasta, bruschetta, Italian sausage soup, probably fish cakes and tiramisu. It's gonna be good.

Tonight I went to my friendly neighborhood McDonald's and got the #4 Double Quarter Pounder w/cheese Meal, Largest Size, with a Coca-Cola and Fries. The Double Quarter Pounder w/cheese is a fine, fine sandwich.

How about 2 quarter pounders stacked on top each other- with a rearrangement (bun, meat, bun, meat, bun 2 meats, bun)
and 11 and pico add some vaginal slime to make it slide down easy

Cleaning out the fridge. Sautéed onion and mushroom with chopped meat rolled into a small sausage shape. Lettuce, tomato, and avocado. Throw it onto tortillas with some salsa and sour cream. Dinner plus watching The Late Late Show with benefits.

Making the chili burgher BC did. Problem is that I have everything in the house except the bun. Not going out of the house just to get a bun so I have to alter the recipe. I've got a round loaf of bread leftover from some takeout Italian earlier in the week. It's about 7 inches diameter so it will have to be a super sized burgher. My can of chili has beans but what the fuck, it qualifies as a vegetable. Wish me luck.

what ever happened to smokie link wieners

we started to use English muffins and hamburger buns in the 70s

Mine was made with McCormick Sloppy Joe packet seasoning, a pound & 1/3 of hamburger and 1 six ounce can of tomato paste.

Simmered for 20 minutes on low and used as a topping on a 1/3 pound hamburger. With grated cheese sprinkled on top.

It wasn't chili nor did it have beans.

I stand corrected. I really should read all of your posts to get the full understanding. Can we be more progressive and substitute chili instead of Sloppy Joe? We are talking of the good of the burgher.

The grills at fishing piers have good burgers, and hot dogs and fries. I think it is because you get extra hungry hanging at the beach all day.

I used to get a chili cheeseburger at Johnny Mercer's pier at Wrightsvile Beach NC.

Sloppy joe is my take on the chili but has more of a tomato flavor.

You don't need ketchup with my sloppy joe burger.

Chili will be fine, I just wanted you to get the full effect of my culinary invention.
