Bitching about a "job" that you volunteered for? Why didn't you just quit!? Christ ... Stop whining and thank your lucky stars that you weren't fired from a REAL, paying job. This may come as revelation to some people, but employers tend to fire people with little to no warning. At best, being fired is often preceded by the boss coming over and saying something like, "Hey, got a minute?" But, in truth, there really isn't "proper" etiquette to kicking someone out of a position. Yeah, getting fired sucks. I've been there. Yeah, not receiving a gold-plated, framed proclamation of appreciation for all of your hardwork sucks. I've been there, too. But that's life. You fucked up and crossed the line. Be accountable and move on.

You would think that the people were accustomed to see it.

I have the impression that a lot of people get really affected by the moon. I for one can't get to sleep too much on full moon, and as it seems, I get a little alogical or over-emotional.

Look at what we have here. Moderators and administrators hacking their shit out on a public forum. If you all are doing this for our entertainment then keep it going. If you think that this is the way that office disputes are to be settled then get your heads out of your asses and rethink. Be professional. Offices have doors for a reason. Use them. No employee should be reprimanded in front of other co-workers and no manager should have to share their reprimands with other staff. This is basic business practice and courtesy. I have seen many upper management fired for such practices.
