Thanks for your support and your reasoned response. You put your finger on the entire issue. There are many things that we don't agree with or don't like. Some people don't like gay people, women, men, black, white, brown or yellow people. But if you don't civilly disagree with them here, where are you going to civilly disagree? Guess what? Many people don't like porn. Guess what they think of anyone on this site?
If you call people names, attack them and try to justify yourself (regardless of your opinion), a) they won't come on. b) no one will be "honest." c) what "free speech?" d) the subject which you object to is irrelevant (who cares who has a better idea in Somalia if they have an RPG pointed in your direction?).

We need more people to stand up for anything that is said. Even if we don't like what is being said. Keep truckin, dude!!

I think Harley's point, and EVERYONE should pay attention to this in their own lives, and in all the things they hear about and read, is THEY DON'T KNOW. Maybe some of the general points, yes, but not what makes the decisions. She has factors and variables that she has to consider. If you don't live it, you can give advice, but you can't call someone a bitch for not taking YOUR advice. Or making a value judgement about it.

If such things are to be obeyed then what started it should never have been brought up on a message board to begin with by whom ever it was. Bringing it up on a message board validates responses from others who either agree or disagree. That's what message boards are for. Don't discuss what you fear You Might not be able to handle down the line if you think things will go in a direction you possibly wont like. In short - you bring it up on a message board you could reap what you sow. Some things are just best left unsaid online.
