I'm not sure. Maybe it depends on the definition of an object. If someone considers a statue of a sensual woman sexy, can you consider it as a sexy object, or is it the representation of the female body that makes it sexy? Is lingerie sexy in itself, or because we associate it with the female sensuality? It's the association that makes something sexy I think. I don't think someone would find a carrot to be sexy, purely because it's a carrot (object).
