Oh God, I feel like I could almost write a encyclopedic sized novel about this.
To sum things up as briefly as possible I don't like the culture of greed we have instilled in people where people are to the point where they think it's necessary for us to function. I don't like the fact everybody just looks out after themselves, not just to the point of not caring about anybody else, but going so far as the screw people over if it will benefit them. I dislike the fact my country has become a country full of weak assed pussies with no fortitude whether it's physical, mental, or spiritual.
Nobody cares or does anything to take action. They sit by and do nothing. A few of them might talk, but that's as far as it goes. We are good at bitching, moaning, and complaining and that's about it. When it comes time for action they also just sit on their asses and hope for it to work itself out or hope somebody does it for them. Out of the very few that do take action, most of them are, like I said above, doing it for themselves and their own greed and not to better the world they live in. Of the very small number of people that do try to take action and care about others most of them get torn down and screwed over by a society that has made the rules work against them and they usually end up worse for it.
I don't like it that there are too many people that want to force their beliefs on other people and control them. I don't like the fact that while we're supposed to be a government of the people, for the people, and by the people, we are in fact controlled by a small group of people that are either rich or politically connected, or both. I don't like the fact nobody seems willing to fix it. I don't like it that we are supposedly the richest most powerful country in the history of humanity yet so many of our people are poor and not looked after while they often live mere blocks away from people that are richer than God.
I don't like it that not only are we the country that ushered in the new era of freedom and human rights and we are supposed to be the Champions of human dignity and human rights we are capable of looking the other way or doing despicable things ourselves when we feel like it will benefit us.
I think too many people in this country are hypocrites. I think too many people would rather do something that reduces their own guilt or gives them piece of mind instead of doing the things that will actually solve problems. I don't like the fact everybody would rather do half-assed solutions that don't work because the things that need to be done that will work are hard and might take effort, much sacrifice, and time by everybody. I don't like the fact that people choose convenience over doing what's best for the long term benefit of humanity and the Earth which they have to live on. I don’t like the fact we are so willing to sell out future generations.
Basically for my entire life I have seen too many terrible problems with the word and see absolutely nothing being done to try and set things right. I don't like that not only here but everywhere on the planet the bad guys are the ones that are almost always the winners in one form or another in the end.
