In theory, that's still cheating. Whether you have her consent or not, because you are married by law. But people are free to do whatever the fuck they want. So go ahead everybody get married and fuck other women while the wifey watches!

The percentage of women that like anal is quite low. So, maybe she's just naturally inclined not to like it.
You Might want to try to read up on it with her and see what the sexual benefits are and/or the pros & cons of anal sex.
