Hands-free mobile/cell phones should be mandatory in every state/every country. I fucking **** it when people are gabbing on their mobiles, struggling to drive properly, distracted by their damned phones, or yacking at a red light that's turned green and they just sit there, completely oblivious to everything around them. You can't get them to move even by laying into your car's horn, This seems to happen most often, it seems, at left-turn-on-green-arrow-only signals where you've got a queue of 10 cars to get that left turn in and some fool is holding up the queue with their phone self-absorption... :ban:
