Just use them this way, and as long as they aren't to big, I don't think it's a problem. I've used them a few times, without hassle.

Yeah you can do that you just have to find a image host and you can up load them I guess.

I did a couple searches, and couldn't find anything, but is there a thread where we can recommend new/different smilies? I think it would be great to have a few more on the big pile of them.
