****** Guy has really grown on me, but it's still The Simpsons if I had to choose. I grew up liking the Simpsons, and probably will forever have some sort of affinity for them. Plus I enjoyed the movie. So yeah ... Simpsons.
The ****** guy is one of the funniest cartoons I have ever saw, but the Simpson Episodes are unbeatable. This shouldn't even be a question. Unless you have not saw either of them.
The Simpsons offers up a greater number of funny characters. ****** Guy is edgier, but the jokes get repetitious. ****** Guy has two or three characters that are consistently funny. Edge to Simpsons. :hatsoff:
As in, "about the last decade's worth, or so." At least in my opinion. Frankly, I'm surprised the plug hasn't been pulled on that series, yet. I read recently that "King of the Hill" - another series that I thought was okay in the beginning but that I QUICKLY grew tired of - is going to cease production in a couple of years. I wish somebody had made that decision about "The Simpsons", already. As in several years ago. Letting it go on does nothing more than tarnish its once-bright reputation, as far as I'm concerned.

I'm a Simpsons guy. ****** Guy sucks. I watch South Park and King of the Hill more then the Simpsons, but there is just something about that show that can't be duplicated.
Definately The Simpsons. ****** Guy is also very good though, and I also very much enjoy American ***. They are all quite funny.
But The Simpsons is just something special. Nothing beats it.
