Simpsons or Familly guy ?

Wich show do you prefer ? The Simpsons or Familly guy or neither ?

Definately The Simpsons. ****** Guy is also very good though, and I also very much enjoy American ***. They are all quite funny.
But The Simpsons is just something special. Nothing beats it.

I used to be the biggest simpsons fan I knew, I used to watch re-run up on re-run and could quote you all the most pointless trivia about it you could ever not ask for. Sadly though after 12 seasons (at the time) and jokes made at the expense of people dying from cancer, something changed. I realised I had grown up, I dont find them as amusing anymore, no longer am I in the rush to get the newest season on dvd. Simpsons no more.
****** Guy i have to admit is where my love lies now, not every show is perfect, and alot of the jokes I dont understand, given the cultural divide of the US vs. UK. But above all it makes me laugh and I will go out of my way to watch it.

The Simpsons will never get old, always will be funny and ****** Guy are great, But what about Futurama or King of The Hill?

King of the Hill is different though, it is more of a sophisticated grown-up type of comedy. When it first came out, I did not like it at all. Now that I am older and out of high school, I am able to understand the kind of humour that it goes for

4 series so far Calm so not so new as it started in 1999. Thats 84 episodes and as I said before Simpsons is a classic, but has some bad episodes. As ****** Guy is good not great as there is somethings that hold it back from being a classic and most likely never will. It's found a good level IMO and is holding to that level. Plus there not really aimed at the same age brackets, Simpsons fun for all ages, but ****** Guy aim for teens and above.

That is why I said it needed a opinion 4 for both of them. I like both for different reasons and different styles of the shows.

I just hope neither go down the South Park path who now just seem to be political now. They humour is aimed at people they personally don't like and has been unfunny for quite some time because of it. This is not entertainment but plain propaganda of there own opinions and views.
