The only people laws work on, are the law abiding.....and they don't do things like this. What California needs to do, is not worry as much about the type of ***, but who has it, and if they are allowed to have it, or, if they're even allowed to be in this country. They need to crush, with ****** *****, and administer with cruelty, the justice necessary to destroy and and all gang and cartel activity. Those found guilty of ******* and shootings should be executed publicly, and those committing other serous crimes, sent to Alcatraz island, to rot until they die. A 1 to 2 mile strip of land, all along the boarder needs to be declared a military zone, and should be guarded and protected by the military, with military grade equipment, and the Rio Grande river should be swarming with Naval vessels. Any immigrants in this country legally should be offered jobs to build a few military prisons, where gang and cartel members will be incarcerated. Those trying to cross just because they want out, should be processed, and if every thing checks, give them a green card. The Gulf of Mexico, should have a small fleet of vessels comprised of frigates, destroyers, and a small carrier for launching helicopters and drones, so military type strikes can be launched against cartel positions. Any countries in central and southern America, or mexico, that won't cooperate, we should sever all ties with.
THEN AND ONLY THEN, if this fails to help reduce *** ********, should the GAURANTEED Constitutional rights of law abiding Americans, be up for consideration of *********.

The discussion here is concerning mass shootings which are predominately carried out by lone shooters who have been born here - not gangs, cartels, or immigrants.

And no amount of *** control will stop, or fix it, neither will creating *** free **** zones, where most of these things occur. Anything that happens in a city with mostly democrats at the helm, that have high crime rates already, I chalk it up to a gang member committing the crime. They haven't said much about who did this, but it's obviously **** related, considering who was targeted, so I wanna hear the whole story. If it happened in a place like Cali, or any heavily *** controlled stat, they got it illegally. Who do you think sells those ******* guns? I personally feel if a criminal crosses a certain line, they deserve only the minimal Constitutional rights, especially if they've robbed others of their rights. I also don't think certain Constitutional rights should be extended to non citizens.
