Shooter Games (first or third person)

Whats your favorite shooter game. Im talking about the games like battlefield 1942 and Halo. Not games like MGS and Splinter Cell. We can spark up a new topic for those types of games.
Currently my favorite shooter game is Star Wars Battlefront. Its a great game with pretty good mechanics. I only had a few problems with it but they were minor. and the upcoming Battlefront II is going to be even better. Better dogfights, better mechanics, better all around. :yinyang:

I still like Return to Castle Wolfenstein. Multiplayer of course.

Battlefield 1942 is the only first person shooter I really play. Haven't played BF2 because my computer can't handle it and BF: Vietnam was pretty crappy to me.

The music in Doom III can't TOUCH the music that was made for the PS1... I have both, and here's a sample to prove it... it's not really "music" per se, just really, really creepy atmosphere...

i realy enjoy battlefield 2 a lot im truly partial to the 1st person for shooters but if thers a lot more atmosfhere compared to aim i dont mind the 3rd person games

doom was not fun online. it's way spazz. halo 2 has soooo many tards online that it can be shitty. but its is still the most fun you can have online in a fps. if your just playing by yourself... ghost recon rules. i think.
