Serious question

I have to ask questions about organised religion. When I converted to Greek Orthodoxy I had to swear loyalty to the Queen of England believe it or not.

I asked this question because I wanted to see how you react to it.

It seems to me that sexforum would be the last place to discuss issues of fait.

But I noticed that you're able to discuss this matter.

Why try to deny something that does not exist?

By this I mean that why atheists are trying to deny the existence of God if they do not belive such a matter.

Well, I guess I am. I don't get all bent out of shape over the issue of religion like atheists do. It amuses me how nasty they can get over it. But trying to figure an atheist on this forum is a dead end street. Ask Will E.

It's of no consequence to me, and I've made my thoughts on the matter known elsewhere on this forum before.

I had a relationship with a religious girl for four years. We talked a lot about beliefs, and I did read about it a lot more than before, mostly to be able to understand her and discuss it with her. I never converted, because I simply don't believe in God.

Depends on one's view. Muslims who respect the customs of those around them and don't call everyone infidels are peaceful, yet the extremist ones who believe that all religions are wrong and that they ought to kill infidels are definitely not peaceful.
