The Republican Party has been somewhat clueless because they have been trying to "reach across the aisle." The thing that all you lefties hate about Sarah Palin is that she isn't the type to do that.
She is a down to earth conservative in the mold of Ronald Reagan. We all know what a savage beating Reagan gave your worthless candidates in his two elections, and so do you. All the Democrats saw that Palin was not only a conservative, but also a woman, and an attractive one at that. This scared them to death because she was striking a chord with the populace. All you could do was try to claim she is unintelligent and try to destroy her credibility. Keep trying to do that. There are many in the wake of her political career who have underestimated her and lost.
While I admit she wasn't ready to be a heartbeat away from the Presidency in this last election, I have no doubt that, with some more experience, she could be a very capable leader.
Unlike Barack Hussein Obama, she might be able to lead this country without giving it away at the same time too.
Most importantly, she is a hottie of the highest degree. :hit:
