Well, if all people from Jersey weren't 40 yr/old fat bald dudes living in their mom's basement like Gunslingingbird, then no, they probably shouldn't be treated like that. :angels:
But yea, the politics section can get pretty harsh. People get very invested in their opinions about things, think a lot of themselves, and then add in the trolls....gotta make sure your big boy undies are on securely. Just learn to not take it personal. ;-)

That's indeed a poor synopsis of how things will go for most new members. Seems like you have met and encountered the usual suspects. It is rather hard to even achieve a normal intelligent conversation or dialog in most threads regardless of subject matter, with many just wishing to act and respond as idiots.
