Neither. They both gross me out. All that cartilage and fat. Nasty. Give me a burger or pizza over either. And I know burgers have cartilage and fat, just less nasty than ribs or wings, at least to me.

Actually, I will be in a row boat behind Bon Jovi's house on the Navesink River, eating a 6 piece w/ mild sauce on the wings AND the fries and a side of blue cheese.

I'd serve wings at a party cause I think they're easier to eat and you can make more flavors, but I prefer ribs.
