I guess if they are done to perfection it really is about my mood. For a good meal - ribs. To watch a football game - wings.

However, I've had sub par ribs and wings and it seems that on average (my sampling only) the wings haven't been as bad as the poorly done ribs.

Delicious fall-off-the-bone ribs are the best. Wings are good, but more of a pain to eat in my opinion and less delicious.
