The Republicans are the first whiny bitches to cry "where's the bipartisanship" when they are the ones who always **** on bipartisanship first.
Instead of using the death of OBL as "proof" that the WoT is working or congratulating the Prez for having the stones to make the call -- they instead weazel and snipe. This is an issue that the Dems may harbor a bit of angst that it was carried out in secretive fashion -- but the Republicans should have no problem how it was done and should be slapping Obama on the back...instead of stabbing him in the back.
It doesn't matter in the end. Obama is going to coast to re-election because the Republicans only have sadsack joke candidates to put up against him. The Republicans are trying to suck the dongs of the Tea Party publicly all while privately saying to themselves (we gotta knock that **** off and start courting Latinoes and African Americans if we really actually want to try to win the WH in 2012)...

It doesn't matter neither side works together often enough to make things run smoothly. Which typically leads to things getting done slowly rather than quickly. Scream bipartisanship all you want neither side will ever turn to it because they all fear their own party turning against them. Hooray for a broken system that will probably fuck us all in due time.

As far as Nobama is concerned, he did what was required of him but I do believe too much credit was given to him specifically. More credit should be given to the war dogs involved in the OP than him. More credit should be given to the logistics and support and intelligence community than to him.

You can cross out Republicans and write in Democrats and it would still be true.
Courting African-Americans would be a massive waste of time as African-Americans are the core of the Democratic party and depend on Democrat championed causes more than all the other groups that make up the party.
They would probably get better results courting GAYS than going for the black vote.
Courting Latinos and South Asians is another matter.

It looks as though the liberal posters in this thread are doing what Obama routinely does: Create straw men and then shoot down those straw men arguments. Very few conservatives are denying credit to Obama for ******* Osama Bin Laden. Certainly all Republican politicians gave him his due credit. There have been far more people on the right who have given Obama credit than there are people on the left who gave Bush credit. Barney Frank actually criticized Eric Cantor simply for giving credit to Goerge Bush and not SOLEY to Barack Obama. Fuck man, you cant make this stuff up. BUt I find it intersting how liberals have finally shut up about this issue, since it has become increasingly clear that not only does Bush deserve more credit for this, but his policies that he was attacked for have become somewhat vindicated
