In my opinion, if there was more freedom of thought, the Forum would not be bad at all.
I don't know if in the past there have been problems with users but sometimes the messages are not published despite being innocent texts.
In addition, the non-functions that you have at the beginning (newbie) lead the user to leave the forum or to write useless comments to increase the reactions ..
I apologize if someone will feel offended by my words but it is my thought ..

What thought freedoms are you seeing restricted?

You can probably find any type of thought in the forum. Obviously, do not expect everyone to agree with your thoughts.

I ignored this topic when it was posted a week ago because I really didn't understand what @huntersy was talking about. As usual though, it's always helpful if a member such as they provide examples to help us investigate their complaint.

Actually I made a mistake a few weeks to express some doubts about the freedom of thought of the Forum.
I must say that by becoming more familiar with the forum I do not show particular defects.
I hastened my judgment in the past being a new user ..
I apologize..
I still don't have the possibility to like and send private messages, but I will wait ..
